P366 Million LOTTO Winner Will Not Get Prize Money!

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – A still- unidentified bettor hit the winning combination in the latest LOTTO drawing in the Philippines!

The total prize money is more than P366 Million.

But the winner will not get a single centavo!

The reason? Investigators at the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) which runs the lottery determined that the bettor used AI (Artificial Intelligence) to pick the winning numbers.

Only certified human beings are eligible to play, PCSO told The Adobo Chronicles.

Political Analyst Richard Heydarian Caught With Deadly Weapons At Museum!

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Political analyst Richard Heydarian almost fooled security personnel at a museum in Manila on Thursday.

Dressed in a “spic and span” light-colored suit, Heydarian walked by the metal detectors without any problem. However, as he was walking away from the security area, a female guard noticed that he was wearing not one, but two, deadly sharp weapons.

He was immediately detained but was released later in the day after posting P15,000 worth of Iranian Rial.

LBC Express To Donate Slogan To PH Department Of Tourism!

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – The Philippines Department of Tourism’s new slogan, “Love the Philippines” has been receiving a mixed bag of praise and criticism, and even if the agency decides to change the branding, it doesn’t have the funds to do it. It has, reportedly, already spent P50 million for the new campaign.

Enter LBC Express, the worldwide courier owned by the Araneta family. It has offered to donate one of its slogans to DOT to use as an alternate branding and to appease the critics. No cost to DOT.

The LBC slogan goes, “Delivering Smiles all around the world.”

What an appropriate tourism slogan which complements an earlier message launched abroad, “We give the world our best.”

Will DOT take up the offer?

Stay tuned!
