QUEZON CITY, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Quezon City Bureau) – Now that ABS-CBN has entered into a content partnership with Prime Media, owned by Senate President Martin Romualdez, the defunct Lopez-owned network is set to launch a new teleserye.
The new TV series is expected to equal or exceed the popularity of MMK (Maalaala Mo Kaya) aired by ABS-CBN Entertainment.
It is produced through a collaboration of three journalists frustrated at the franchise cancellation of their favorite broadcast network, ABS-CBN. The three are ANC’s Karen Davila and Rappler’s Maria Cepeda and Pia Rañada.
The title of the new series: “MKP” (Maawa Kayo Please)
