SAN FRANCISCO, California (The Adobo Chronicles, San Francisco Bureau) – Donald Trump may have already launched his 2024 (re)bid for the US presidency, but the Republican Party is not necessarily throwing their support for the ex-President.
Republicans are worried that the recent indictment of Trump by a New York jury could shatter their chances of regaining The White House.
Now, a powerful faction with the GOP is launching a move to nominate Twitter owner and soon-to-be ex-CEO, as their standard bearer for the 2024 presidential elections.
“Musk has the charisma, the influence, the experience and the money to guarantee a successful campaign,” a source close to the Republican leadership told The Adobo Chronicles. “If he has the vision for electric cars, space exploration, and a free, uncensored world wide web, he would certainly have even greater goals for America to be great again,” the source said.
On the Democrats’ front, rumors about Joe Biden not capable of another four years as President continue to haunt the party. So what’s the alternative?
A fly on the wall quipped: Mark Zuckerberg.
