MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – The first ever Marites Award is being launched this year with the award ceremonies scheduled for May 15, at Club Filipino.

A project of The Adobo Chronicles, this new competition recognizes the national and international contributions of women in the field of gossip-mongering, fake news and social climbing.

-Raissa Robles, Self-proclaimed Investigative Journalist

-Pingping of the Pingping Tweets fame

-Bb. Maharlika, prominent turncoat and gossip-monger
