No Underwear Policy For NAIA Airport Security Personnel

NINOY AQUINO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – The management of NAIA will implement a “no pocket “ policy for all airport security personnel as a deterrent to cash and jewelry being stolen from passengers.

Recently, cases have been uncovered of airport personnel stealing cash from a Thai passenger and a wrist watch from another.

Security personnel will also now be prohibited from bringing their personal bags to their area of assignment.

But that seems to be not enough.

Today Manila International Airport Authority General Manager Cesar Chiong told The Adobo Chronicles that he will also implement a “no underwear” policy for security personnel just to make sure they won’t have anything to hide their loot in.

Wise move!
