MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Vice President Leni Robredo has begun laying her campaign and policy platform as she sets her eyes on the Presidency of her country.

Robredo first addressed the most pressing issue in the Philippines — that of the Covid-19 pandemic which has heavily impacted the livelihood of many Filipinos.

In a recent press briefing, the Vice President assured voters that she will form a modern relief network to respond to the needs of those affected by Covid.

”Bubuo tayo ng modernong ayuda network, gamit ang teknolohiya. Kapag may lockdown, walang middleman, walang pila,” she said.

Pressed by reporters on how she plans to pursue this policy, Robredo said that stimulus money will be delivered direct.y to recipients via drones.

And perhaps relief goods like spaghetti?
