MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Self-proclaimed investigative journalist Raissa Robles, who along with her husband once called The Adobo Chronicles “Abobo Chronicles,” has a new professional career — that of hydrologist!

In a tweet, Robles blamed Manila Bay’s dolomite beach and the entire Central Luzon for the flooding in Metro Manila.

Her credentials? She has been covering Metro flooding since 1984.
