MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – Enterprising individuals have invented gadgets and accessories that could turn smart phones into pedometers, heart and blood pressure monitors, printers, and even polaroid cameras.

But Pinoys are not left behind when it comes to ingenuity.

A 23-year-old Filipino student from Baguio City has just applied for a patent for his new invention — a bluetooth accessory that converts smart phones into cassette recorders. He said he was inspired but a Facebook ad he saw about a new gadget that converts smart phones into polaroid cameras:

Now, you don’t have to worry about losing music you have downloaded from Spotify. You can instantly transfer them into a cassette tape, for playing on your great grandparents cassette tape recorders!

It’s really a big challenge coping up with technology these days!
