QUEZON CITY, Philippines  (The Adobo Chronicles, Quezon City Bureau) – Remember when Mocha Uson ‘moved’ Mayon Volcano to Naga? Well, Vice President Leni Robredo just did a Mocha Uson by moving Iloilo City out of Iloilo, the province.

The Robredo camp has asked that Iloilo City be excluded from the ongoing 2016 VP Elections ballot recount, arguing that Iloilo City is separate from Iloilo.

So now Filipinos are wondering if Baguio City is not really part of Benguet Province or if Quezon City should be excluded from Metro Manila.

So where is Iloilo? In Camarines Sur?
