NEW YORK, New York (The Adobo Chronicles, New York Bureau) – Instead of feeling excited, humbled and honored, president-elect Donald Trump is suing TIME for the cover photo in the magazine’s latest issue naming him 2016 Person of the Year.

Suing TIME for an undisclosed amount, Trump accused the magazine of subliminally depicting him as an evil man.  Satan in fact.

Trump filed the lawsuit in New York’s circuit court after one of his interns analyzed the cover photo using the complicated process of “cut, copy and paste.” It was then that Trump’s staff realized the president-elect was being portrayed as satan.

The editors of TIME did not return calls from The Adobo Chronicles for comment.
