WASHINGTON D.C., (The Adobo Chronicles, Washington Bureau) – It is a well-known fact that president-elect Donald Trump faces a fraud case in connection with his failed Trump University.

Now, in an effort to to avoid prosecution, embarassment or even disqualification from being president, Trump has apparently started negotiating for a settlement of this class-action lawsuit.

And we all know what they say. If you start negotiating for a settlement in a court case, it is the first sign of guilt.  Could this be the case with Trump?

As for the alleged rape of a 13-year-old girl, that’s for a different story.
