WASHINGTON, D.C. (Thy Adobo Chronicles, Washington Bureau) – In one of his campaign stops, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump was asked what his cabinet would like in as far as women are concerned.

In response, Trump hinted that he would appoint his daughter Ivanka to a key cabinet position, saying she is definitely qualified and would make a stunning member of his administration.

Pressed for another names of women he might appoint to his cabinet, Trump said, “Believe me, I will have an amazing group of women in my cabinet.  I have already sent a message to Mitt Romney so that I could borrow his binders full of women.”

“Binders full of women” was a phrase used by Romney during the second U.S. presidential debate of 2012. Romney used the phrase in response to a question about pay equality, referring to binders with resumes of female job applicants submitted to him as Governor of Massachusetts.

There is one problem though.  During the primary campaign, Trump had hurled insults at his fellow Republican.

At a rally in Anaheim, California in May this year, Trump said: “Not only does Mitt Romney ‘choke like a dog,’ but also ‘walks like a penguin.’ ”

So it is very unlikely that Romney would loan his binders to Trump.
