HOLLYWOOD, California (The Adobo Chronicles, San Francisco Bureau) – Filipinos or part Filipinos have always graced the roster of famous Hollywood actors and celebrities, including  Lou Diamond Phillips, Rob Schneider, Tia Carrere, Reggie Lee, Bruno Mars, Enrique Iglesias, apl.de.ap, to name a few.

But who would have thought that Oscar-winning actor Russell Crowe is Filipino?

It took a newly-released film, “The Nice Guys” to confirm the Filipino-ness of Crowe.  No less than his co-actor in the film, Ryan Gosling made the revelation. Just watch the film for the great revelation!
