WASHINGTON, D.C. (The Adobo Chronicles) – Republican Senator Ted Cruz could become the next president of the United States. But would America want a president who can’t even spell correctly?

The Adobo Chronicles uncovered a fact which showed that in his high school years, Cruz participated  in the local Texas edition of The Spelling Bee, where he was eliminated in the first round of the contest. He failed to correctly spell the word “philanthropy.”

Well, it looks like to this day, Cruz hasn’t kept up with his spelling skills, as shown by his latest campaign ad (see photo) where he incorrectly spelled a simple basic word, “country.”

It’s so patetic.
