I don’t know what this individual did or didn’t do. I don’t know how resistant he was. The journalist filming this does not explain any of that, just that he is being mistreated. It is very questionable if he was or was not.

It doesn’t matter what he did or didn’t do. There were 14 police officers. He was ONE person, with one leg, and clearly unarmed. He’s already been handcuffed. He was practically rendered naked all that time.
