Vice Ganda Heeds Adobo Chronicles’ Call To Pay The Wages Of “It’s Showtime” Workers During Suspension!

QUEZON CITY, Philippine (The Adobo Chronicles, Quezon City Bureau) – “It’s Showtime” host Vice Ganda is heeding the call of The Adobo Chronicles for her to pay the wages of the show’s workers during its 12-day suspension as upheld by MTRCB (Movie and Television Ratings and Classification Board).

AC made the call after Senator Bong Revilla appealed to the Office of the President to throw out the show’s suspension order in consideration of the “no work, no pay” staff.

Ganda told The Adobo Chronicles that he feels very guilty that, referring to the workers, “sila ang naghihirap, ako ang nagpapakasarap” (they do all the hard work while I reap all the glory).

In a recent interview, Ganda said he can no longer track how wealthy he is, so it is quite noble that he is volunteering to compensate his workers’ loss of pay during the 12-day suspension.

Impostor or Imposture?

by Pol Pinoy and Maria Bratikova

It’s amusing to witness the emergence of an impostor, with just a handful of followers – 5 to be exact – attempting to ride the coattails of the popular Politique PH and the notorious Thinking Pinoy.

In the eloquent words of Cherie Gil, this not-so-great imitator  is nothing but a second-rate, trying-hard copycat.

It proclaims itself as “Adobo Chronicles” but ours is THE only true Adobo Chronicles, serving our  savory dish in gourmet style, unparalleled wit, and satirical finesse.

As for this “imposture” which came into being just last August, its attempt to create enmity between us and our esteemed colleagues on socmed and our more than 28 million viewers, it can only sulk in the sourness of cheap vinegar. All we can say is “mange ton coeur!”
