Previously, we posted a story on how journalist-turned-vlogger Krizette Laureta Chu did a journalist-turned-blogger Jay Sonza by propagating fakery on social media. Chu posted a photoshopped image of allegedly U.S. fighter bombers landing in the Philippines for an unknown move. Sonza on the other hand posted a pre-Covid pandemic photo of a vehicular gridlock at NLEX and made it appear to be the situation for this year’s Holy Week trek outside of Metro Manila. Lo and Behold, yet another journalist-turned blogger, Manila Times columnist Rigoberto Tiglao posted the same fake photo uploaded by Chu.

Pity the honest-to-goodness professional journalists whose image are tarnished by the malicious social media maneuvers of the likes of Chu, Sonza and Tiglao.
