In the ongoing circus of Philippine politics, Rodrigo Duterte continues his jester act, flip-flopping faster than a fish out of water. 

After accusing Bongbong Marcos of dabbling in the drug trade, he then proposes the secession of Mindanao from the Philippines, sparking pandemonium among his followers. 

But just as the chaos reaches a crescendo, Duterte, in his infinite jest, declares it all a joke, leaving his devotees scratching their heads in confusion.

It’s high time we consign this political prankster to the annals of oblivion, where his antics can entertain only the most gullible of spectators. For those who hang on his every word, believing them to be gospel truth, must realize that a fool can only lead a flock of fools. 

Let us not be swayed by the whims of a former president who treats governance like a stand-up comedy routine, and instead, demand a return to sanity in our political discourse.
