Dick Clark Productions has just announced that the 2025 Golden Globe Awards will be held in the vibrant city of Manila. This unexpected decision follows the controversial hosting stint of Filipino American comedian Jo Koy, who left Hollywood in stitches for all the wrong reasons. 

A spokesperson for Dick Clark Productions expressed the desire to mend ties with both Hollywood and the Filipino audience, who were unfortunately the unintentional targets of Jo Koy’s lackluster performance.

The star-studded event will take place at the Mall of Asia Arena, with none other than Filipino TV host extraordinaire, Vice Ganda, taking the reins as the master of ceremonies.
