MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles) – Vice President Jejomar Binay has regained the top spot in the latest Pulse Asia presidential survey, with 33 percent compared with Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte’s 23 percent and Senator Grace Poe’s 21 percent.

But that doesn’t mean Binay is going to win in the May elections. Here’s why:

The survey was a two-part question, with the following sample response:

Question No. 1: Who will you vote for as the next president of the Philippines?

Answer: Jejomar Binay

Question No. 2: Are you a registered voter?

Answer: No
