LAS VEGAS, Nevada (The Adobo Chronicles® ) – While the current media focus is on the second Republican presidential debate happening this week on CNN, the election-weary U.S. population is eagerly anticipating the first Democratic presidential debate scheduled for October 13 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Earlier, the Democratic National Committee announced that there will only be six debates among the small field of presidential candidates (as opposed to the 36 declared Republican presidential aspirants).
The first Democratic debate will air on CNN and will also be broadcast by Salem Radio. It will be held at the grand ballroom of the Trump Towers in Las Vegas.
The Republican presidential candidate frontrunner has graciously offered the Trump Towers as the site the Democratic debate.
It is no secret that Trump has a history of cordial relationship with the Clintons, so offering his Las Vegas landmark property comes as no surprise to many.
In fact, one of the six Democratic debates is scheduled in Miami, Florida, and Trump has offered his golf resort in Doral, just a few miles from Miami, as the venue for that particular debate. It was the site for this year’s Miss Universe beauty pageant.
There is a good side to Trump, after all.
