LBC Express To Donate Slogan To PH Department Of Tourism!

MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – The Philippines Department of Tourism’s new slogan, “Love the Philippines” has been receiving a mixed bag of praise and criticism, and even if the agency decides to change the branding, it doesn’t have the funds to do it. It has, reportedly, already spent P50 million for the new campaign.

Enter LBC Express, the worldwide courier owned by the Araneta family. It has offered to donate one of its slogans to DOT to use as an alternate branding and to appease the critics. No cost to DOT.

The LBC slogan goes, “Delivering Smiles all around the world.”

What an appropriate tourism slogan which complements an earlier message launched abroad, “We give the world our best.”

Will DOT take up the offer?
