Adobo What?

ADOBO is considered the national dish of the Philippines. There are probably as many versions of this dish as there are islands in this Asian archipelago — 7,107 of them (at low tide).

Adobo is usually made with pork or chicken, boiled and simmered with a mixture of vinegar and soy sauce, along with other spices. It can also be made with seafood like  squid or vegetables.
