MANILA, Philippines (The Adobo Chronicles, Manila Bureau) – There is some talk that Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s 3rd State of the Nation Address (SONA) will be his shortest ever — not even the 35 minutes that reliable sources are saying.

By sheer luck, The Adobo Chronicles was able to obtain an advance copy of the President’s SONA which he will deliver next week.

It’s not 35 minutes, but just a few seconds.

(At this point, Duterte will wink at Vice President Leni Robredo who has confirmed her attendance at the SONA.)
